1. Who we are

This site is operated by Livewell Group Ltd. (travel agency licence 837500, Travel Quality Assurance Association member Taipei 2511, company registration 83798967). We are the data collector under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act.

We sell The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection in Taiwan as an agent. We help you choose a voyage and suite, and confirm suite numbers and fares with the cruise line on your behalf. This site is run by us, not by the cruise line.

2. What we collect

The “Reserve a Suite” form: name, phone, email, LINE ID, preferred contact method, the voyage and suite you are asking about, which yacht you prefer, party size, the occasion, the regions you want to visit, what matters most to you on the voyage, and anything you write under “Anything else” (for example suite preferences, Bonvoy points or dietary restrictions).

While you browse: which pages you viewed, how long you stayed, how far down each page you read, where you arrived from and left, device and browser type, approximate region, and an identifier stored in a cookie. This category does not include your name or contact details unless you fill in the form.

We do not collect card numbers, passport numbers or other identity documents on this site. There is no checkout here; payment is arranged with your advisor after the suite is confirmed.

3. Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, arrange for an advisor to contact you, check which suites, suite numbers and current fares are actually available with the cruise line, and make the booking for you once you agree.

Browsing data is used only to understand which content is useful and to improve the site. This site carries no advertising tags.

After your trip, we may send you one short survey about your journey. You’re welcome to ignore it, or ask us not to send you surveys again.

4. Who receives it, where it is held, how long we keep it

Where it is necessary to check availability or book for you, we pass the details a reservation requires to The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection (Cruise Yacht OpCo Ltd) and its reservations teams, which are outside Taiwan. If you ask us to arrange flights, hotels or transfers as well, those suppliers receive what they need. Your contact details are never sold or traded to other companies for marketing.

Third-party services we use: Google Analytics (analytics, Google LLC), Resend (delivering your submitted form to our inbox, Resend Inc.) and Replit (site hosting, Replit Inc.). Videos on our pages are played by Vimeo (Vimeo.com Inc.), and the onboard 360° tours are loaded from the cruise line’s tour service when you open them; both may set cookies of their own. Their servers are in the United States and other locations outside Taiwan.

What you submit is emailed to our team inbox, and a confirmation is emailed to you.

Retention: after our dealings with you end, we keep what law requires and what continuing service reasonably needs. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see the next section.

The other Livewell sites linked in our footer (our main site, ASUKA III and cruise comparison) are run by the same company. Each one’s own privacy information applies there.

5. Your rights

Under Article 3 of Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act you may, at any time, ask us to: confirm and give you access to the personal data we hold about you, provide a copy, supplement or correct it, stop collecting, processing or using it, and delete it.

Exercising these rights is free and does not affect work we have already done for you. Contact us using section 7 below.

Analytics cookies can be cleared or blocked in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics.

6. What happens if you do not provide it

Filling in the form is entirely your choice. But without your name, phone and email we cannot reply to you, or check with the cruise line for you. The other fields are optional; leaving them out only makes our first reply more general.
